Our Story
Disappointed by the Vietnamese options in Miami, Tam Pham and Harrison Ramhofer started cooking out of their home for friends and family serving hard to find Vietnamese dishes in 2019. This quickly turned into an underground supper club named “Phamily Kitchen.” After many sold out events, in 2020, an opportunity came to be 1-800 Lucky’s first pop-up residency. During this time, they introduced the next evolution of Phamily Kitchen, called Tâm Tâm.
After the residency at 1-800 Lucky, Tam and Harrison moved on to host more Tâm Tâm pop-ups all over town, including at Over Under in downtown and Low Key in Little River. During the 4 months at Low Key in early 2023, Tam was able to further define and refine his culinary identity and continuing to perfect the concept to what it is today. In May of 2023, Tâm Tâm in downtown Miami officially opened its door to dinners. In 2024, the restaurant was awarded Bib Gourmand and chef Tam Pham was awarded 2024 Young Chef award by the Michelin Guide.
